PC on Two Celestial Staffs

Couldn't find anything recent on price checks on Celestial Staffs with a water magic requirement using search. So I thought I'd make a thread here.

First staff:
Insightful Celestial Staff of Fortitude
HSR 20%
Energy +10
Max Damage Q9 water magic
Crippled Duration Reduction 20%
Energy +5
Health +29

Second Staff:
Celestial Staff (No Mods)
HSR 20%
Energy +10
Max Damage Q9 water magic
HCT (universal) 10%
