Hey guys, well I decided to go on my monk this morning and since I had the skills for the COF (Cathedral of Flames) smiter build I figured I could give it a go but I don't know for the life of me how it works. So I have a few questions
Is it normal to be at zero energy all the time? And if yes, how come the smiter has blessed signet for energy when they won't need it?
How can I get treasures in the lava when I have no health regeneration?
How can I get to the last room with no running skills or health support?
What is the purpose of balthazar's spirit here? And who do you use it on?
What runes/insignia's/weapons/armor and health should I have?

1) Yes, you should be at 0 energy. They have Blessed Signet because the bar almost always also has either [[Blood is Power] or [[Blood Ritual] to help out the 600 in-between battles, and you have to have energy for it.
2) Run in and get the treasures. You'll regen eventually. If desperately low on health, the 600 can cast something on you to heal you since they have huge Divine Favor stats.
3) If you're talking about the fire darts, run in zigzags and the darts will mostly miss you.
4) Balthazar's Spirit is used on the 600 and usually carried by the 600 along with Essence Bond. Every time the 600 gets hit he will gain 2e - 1e for each of the enchantments.
5) As the smiter, take a Protection hat and a Smiting hat, switch hats to get more in your maintained enchantments. As for weapons, Banshees can hurt you with [[Reversal of Damage] so you want to have as much health as possible yourself - +60 health is very nice, whether you get it through a staff, or a sword/shield set.

Ummm you are bringing a 600 tank with you, not trying to run CoF as the smiter...

You don't need a run skill for the last room. Simply go in a zig-zag, or if you can, pay attention at the darts coming for you and avoid them. It's very possible to get through without being hit.
