Would appreciate a price check for a Vampiric Dragon Sword that is not inscribed.

As well if anyone can tell me if it is best to sell it as is or should I inscribe?

I dunno the right price. I saw some people that spam in kamandad 25k, 60k, 75k and 100k.
Imho with the gift of the travler they will become more common so sell now to try to maximize your profit before a lot of v sword appear.
