Ok, this is what i tried:
Sabway necros (with little modifications).
Ranger Hench (interrupt)
Mesmer Hench (Illusion)
Monk Hench (Protection)
Ele Hench (fire)
Me being the standart GolE+HP HB build monk.
Everything went fine up to level 3 without deaths (expect the norn ally warriors died many times), up to the point where that boss wurm with 3 other wurms are. I was being little lazy with the flagging (which was main reason it failed), all 4 wurms poppped in middle of the group doing their aoe snares and dmg wiping the whole group.
Now i think i could at least made it to the level 4 if i just had flagged the heroes so not everyone takes the damage, but i'm not sure if the setup would have worked in L4/5 or for Frostmaw the Kinslayer. And obviously there isn't that many corpses for the minionbomber, however he was controlling 9 minions after first few groups in each level, so it wasn't that bad.
Now i was wondering if there is a known H/H setup to do it (normal mode would be enough), or if someone got a tested setup that they are willing to share.
Thanks
edit:
I also could play as Warrior, Ranger or Dervish for it, though only my monk have geared/runed up heroes.
edit2:
I was thinking of something like this instead:
Interrupt Gwen
BHA Ranger or Hudred Blades Koss
Curses Necro
Me being smiter's boon smiter. (reversal of damage, smite hex, smite condition etc.)
Henches:
2 monks, 2 eles.
I've never done this instance so i don't know really what to expect from the last 2 levels.
Frostmaw's Burrows H/H way?

well its not that hard, im usualy not thinking about picking something special..actualy i always take my other account with me and afk (second free drop from end chest o_O) and heroes that im too lazy to change for something "usefull"- ele,zb,mm + hench ranger, monk, ele and myself as warrior....pain invertor on me (and my other account) for boss...wurms can be killed really fast with that...plus i do take all the aggro of those poping wurms on myself...just remember where they are...i didnt help ya much,im too lazzy to think about something usefull. mugaga! peace *,.*

Have you ever tried Discordway Necros?
Also, I'd use Earth hench vs. Fire
Once you get past Level 3 you should be OK. I've left Lvl 3 with a 60% DP and still had +10% by the time we got to the final boss.
Pain Inverter with Wurms make an easy kill. Hex removals and interrupts are also needed.
In general, just expect to die a few times and you can still make it to the end.

all you need is pain inverter for the worms
I did it on HM with my warrior, discordway, 2 ele's & 2 monks

Pain Inverter is bad - for it to be effective you have to take massive damage, and you don't want to take massive damage.
The dungeon should be easily doable in NM with standard Sab / Discordway. Be sure to:
1. Flag heroes / henchmen apart if a Wurm surprises you.
2. Run a copy of Inspired Hex if you have the room.
I think the build you posted should be fine, although you might want to prot yourself since henchmen are bad at it. Also, now that you know what wiped you the first time, you'll be better able to deal with it the next time you try.

Ok got it done with;
Me: Smiter's Boon / RoJ / channeling
Heroes:
- Curses Necro (mark of pain + barbs for the war)
- VoR Mesmer
- Hundred Blades War
Henchman:
2 Monks
Iterrupt Ranger
Earth Ele
Wiped only once (even though my team had a total of 7-10 interrupts in total, kinslayer got one wurmpile off that wiped both of the monks :S
Though the warrior hero had -60% DP at the end
Anyway, i think it was mainly hard because it was my first time in there. Now that i know exactly what to expect and where, it shouldn't be too hard.
Ps. got a crappy Scythe of the Kinslayer from the chest
edit: also the lack of hex removal did hurt sometimes, wouldn't be suprised if the hench monks had -60% dp

You don't have to take massive damage, your minions count too. Also it's more about the little spread out damages adding up than big massive spikes. With something like wurm bile it can easily do 200 a second.

^ That.
PI is the key to cleaning up in Frostmaw's. With your army of minions (and all your NPC helpers) triggering damage, the wurms just blast themselves into oblivion.

- decent for areas laden with hexes. You might also be interested in swapping [[Reversal of Fortune] for [[Remove Hex] for additional hex removal.
