As it's happening today, I wonder what time it'll be.

And whether we get any ranger pet buffs...

It's going to happen when mostly every single update happens - when it happens. More specifically, it will probably be another 2-6 hours. There's no official time for it to be released.

As for ranger pet buffs, you'll have to wait and see.
