You won't be able to change (or even add) a health mod to an Amber Aegis. They're not inscribable, which means that you can't modify them at all.
I have an amber aegis req 9 tac with a single +30hp mod that I would be willing to sell. I have other amber aegises but I wouldn't want to sell them because I'm using them right now (FOR SECKS!!!).
