Blue sea purse shield
Req. 8 Tactics
Fully inscribable and modable Rare skinned Sea Purse shield.
Got a PC from Guildmate but he wasn't really sure, he said around 30k if I can find the right buyer. (IE a monk for PvP that doesn't waste 9 pts in tactics)

i think it should go much higher than 30k prly round 75-100k

30k sounds right since its blue, if its gold it will prob be around 75k

It's skin is rarer than the usual blue r8 tac shields, so ~40k
