It would be great if the experienced guys out there could show me a screen shot of how u have your screen set up when you monk.
This is how mine is set up atm
Also is it easier to assign a key to each skill than it is to click on it?
Thanks in advanced for those who reply.
Need advice plz

It varies from person to person but heres some random tips:
* Double the size of your health and e bars, this will allow you to see them more clearly
* Use icons from the "Menu" to mark certain % on your bar. Useful for ZB, WoH ect.
* Make sure your maintained enchantments are nice and big and easy to dismiss
* Bind hotkeys to each person in the party, this allows you to select them easier
Also the skills are already assigned keys, 1-8 on the top row of your keyboard. If you play WASD its advisable to make your most important spells 1-4 for easy access.

I'm currently using an almost default setup, since I finally started playing fullscreen again (bad habit I picked up from WoW) =P
but... in regards to your question about binding keys.
I would say yes.
I can't properly reach 5-8 on my keyboard because my hands are too small >.<
So I rebind them to something easier to press.

Get a bigger radar. And pay attention to it.

I binded player selects to 1-8 on numpad for infusing, so if 4 gets spiked, I hit 4 on numpad instead of clicking. But in pve, it doesn't really matter
