Looking for Small Active Guild

As the title suggestions i'm looking for a small active guild that is really close and tight.

What i would like:

About 30-35 people that are really cool with each other.
An Active Forum/Website for event planning and communication.
A ventrillo/ts would be nice but if not then thats fine.
A guild that actually does things as a guild and trys to do guild runs before Alliance Runs. (I feel Guildwars has lost the Guild factor and has gone to Alliance factor, kinda annoying, Alliances are just extended guilds, however i feel that a guild should be closer. I can explain more later just don't feel like typing it all out.)
Daily events are not needed but are nice.
Also if someone askes to do something i would like to see a response, we are all big boys here i think we can take a "No". (To me it just shows that people are actually seeing what you type and not ignoring you.)

What i have to offer:

Activeness i usually get on for a couple hours a day.
Title Hunting, i enjoy vanquishing and HM dungeons and try to do runs all the time.
A mic for Vent/Ts and i usually like to just hang on there so you will have someone to talk to.
A few characters in various locations so i can pretty much have anything for each Elite Area.
I'm loyal and usually stay with a guild till it crashes.

if your guild sounds like its what im looking for PM me and i will way some options and then probably test a guild at a time for a week or two and if i like it i will stay forever.
