Not max scythes, that I know of. I think the only req 8's were in Prophecies...non-inscription.

Yeah... no q8 scythes. Not that they are needed, because if you are using a scythe you're gonna need high scythe mastery to make it be more effective...

If you're talking about max damage weapons, you can find anything that's not a scythe or a spear in 8.

kinda odd that spears and scythes don't come in 8 but hey w/e
on a slightly related note, it never even occurred to me that you could get req8 caster weapons until I got a req8 max mesmer offhand...possibly the rarest combination of weapon stats max, req8, and inascribable and I get it on a bloody mes focus...

well weapon dmg dosen't matter on the req.
eg. you have 13 sythe mastery with a req9 sycthe, you will do the same amount of dmg with 9 sythe mastery
