pet unlock location for nightfall? other questions

so i bought nightfall ,eye of the north, a few char slots and a pet unlock upgrade from the in game store.

i have a few questions.
1. where do you go in nightfall with a ranger to pick out pets from the pet unlock upgrade?

2.how does eye of the north work after you get to level 20? do you have to travel to a certian place to get there?

3. i bought nightfall from the in game store, but canno't select assassin or ritualist from the char select menu if i choose to make a nightfall char., even though i have all 3 chaptersand the expansion. is this normal?

you go to the Zaishen Menagerie in the Battle Isles.

You can only make Ritualists and Assassins in Factions just like you can only make Paragons and Dervishes in Nightfall.

go to the battle isles from the temple of balthazar, for the pets, use caeyt's link for information of traveling between continents. and lastly you can only make characters that are native to that continent. prophesy can only make the 6 core types, factions has the core 6 + assassin and ritualist and nightfall has dervish and paragon along with the normal 6. only the core 6 is available in all three.
