20/20 Smiting Recharge Set

Guys, would someone tell me where can i get wand with 20% recharge (need with +5e^50) and focus with 20% recharge (need with +30hp it) for smiting, from a collector/weapon guy? TY

craft em and add mods i guess.

Collectors do not make either of the weapons you're asking for, you can see a link here.

So yeah, basically go get stuff crafted and then add the mods yourself. For the record, the closest thing I see to either one of your desired weapons is a Smiting Rod from Sheco, which is HCT instead of HSR. There's also a collector named Bahlbahs who gives a +30, 10% HSR of all spells for 5 Behemoth Hides.

Edit: while Kiva-chan is off about Sheco, the Adept of Light at the end of Factions does indeed have both of the weapons you're looking for. Go spam Kaineng with WTB Amulets of the Mists apparently.

Sheco can craft the wand.
Not sure if there's a collector/crafter that has the focus with those mods.
So you'll have to do as drkn said and craft one, then add the mods yourself.
(The endgame collectors in Factions have both the weapon and focus with those exact stats though, IIRC.)

As Zelgadissan pointed out. The wand Sheco crafts is actually a HCT wand.

Be aware that when modding them up yourself you will need a "Forget Me Not" inscription for the 20% HSR on focus. These often sell for ~20k, so if you're short on cash you might have to find a worthwhile substitute or go for a 19%.
