any req PROT Bo Staff - 40HCT/20HSR or inscribable
and the same mods any req PROT Ghostly Staff?

First of all. req Protection does not exist for any of those.
Then... Bo Staves only come non-inscribable.
req Divine HCT Protection 20% Bo-Staff is probably one of the rarest items ingame and you most definitely won't find one. If one was for sale on guru, anything between 200e and 800e would be possible, depending on req.
But I have never even seen one of those.....
req Divine HCT Protection 20% Ghostly Staff - 2 of those have been on High End in the last 2 months. req10 sold for 100k+13e, but also very hard to find..
