Make customised weapons in HoM available to your account.

Tormented weapons are expensive; and as such, I'd really like to see an option which allows you to change the customisation on a tormented weapon to another character.

For example, you'll put a weapon in the HoM, and then hop on a different character, go to the HoM, ask the monument to be able to wield the weapon and it'll change the customised name on your weapon to that character.

You CAN'T uncustomise totally, it just allows a little more freedom. Or better yet, make all customisations account based rather than character based, but I think that's pushing it a little.
