Complaint to Anet re another player

Anyone know how I make a complaint to Anet regarding another player.

Calling me a Noob, being abusive, threatening to hack my account, the usual.

This guy really pissed me off and I would like to complain. Even if nothing happens with it will make me feel a little better.

Start a ticket, include screenshots if you have them, and dates and time.

Also include what district you were in (if applicable) and the time zone (saying 9 pm doesn't help if they don't know what timezone you are).

The more info you have, the better. Even if you don't have the exact time, etc, they can still act.
