Ok is there a way to remap the function of the left mouse button? I checked the options but did not see the left mouse button there, is it hiding somewhere?

Are you sure it's the left mouse and not the right mouse?
Camera control is the right mouse.
Anyway, did you accidentally un-assign it? I believe you can restore the old settings if that's the case.
If you're left handed and want to set the left click to the camera rotation. You can go to My Computer > Control Panel > Mouse and set it to left hand mode. This will switch the left and right click around, making the left mouse click control the camera while you control your character with the right click.
There might be a better way of doing this in game, I'll look into it once I get home and let you know.

Opps yes I mean right mouse button. Na didn't un-assign it. My right mouse button has been somewhat dead for the last few months so switching the buttons left to right wouldn't help much.
thanks for checking when you get home.

Hey, sorry about the delay.
There doesn't seem to be a way to remap the mouse control in game. What kind of mouse is it? I know that Logitech allows you to remap mouse buttons when you're running a particular application, perhaps this is something that might work.

so you have a mouse with a dead button then? If your right mouse button has not been working in other apps. then it won't work in GW either. If that is the case then splurge and spend $10 to get a mouse that works....

kontradictions: No worries on the delay. It is an old Logitech don't even know if I have the software that came with it all those years ago. Guess I could check the website. Thank you for your help.
Elder III: It's not 100% and I can use it for basic stuff but it just gets a bit worse with each passing day, and I know I can buy a new just wanted a quick fix til then you know

See if Uberoptions supports your mouse http://www.mstarmetro.net/users/rlowens/ It really improves Logitech's and other manufacturer's drivers. You can remap buttons to keys, or other buttons, assign commands etc.

correct me if im wrong but cant you do that under windows. i think a long time ago i did it for a left handed person who had problems using it the way it was so we went into control panel and under the mouse setting reconfigured it. but that was a long time ago and they might have had the software that came with it installed

With Uberoptions you can, make left button be right click, right button, right click, scroll wheel pageup, pagedn, etc. Even in the standard Xp mouse settings you have an option to switch the primary and secondary buttons.
