If I use Mantra of Recovery (33%) and Serpents Quickness (33%) what would be the recharge on a 30 seconds spell?

Neither skill description says anything about stacking recharge reduction in the wiki as far as I can see.

Any insights?

Dur: Both are stances.

How about substitution a successfull 50% from Ebon Battle Standard of Wisdom?
