PC - *Dual Vamp R9 Jade Sword*

Hiyas, this sword has a decent skin and from what i have been told has a semi-rare mod. It's a damage 15% with -1 health degen. It also has a Vamp hilt and a 20% Ench pommel. This type of weapon is used by high end gvg teams to counter the tactic of keeping teams unbalanced, by killing a few, and keeping a few alive till after the rez timer expires. They then kill these few and keep the team at a major disadvantage. With this weapon and a -50 health icon, you can sac/kill yourself quickly and rez with your team. A friend had bought a R13 plain skin axe for 80k, so im guessing this should be a decent amount more. I was offered 75 z-keys for it, but was also told it could be worth up to 250e. That seems a bit high. Plz Help. tyvm
