Unable to file question to ncsoft to retrieve the account

Hi all

I have been trying to retrieve my ncsoft account so I can get that free storage pane. I got to the place to submit a question to their support, and carefylly fill in all data in the form.
When I try submitting it I get the following error message:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<' in /cgi-bin/ncsoft.cfg/scripts/enduser/ask_submit.php on line 117


I am not a programmer, it is gibberish to me.

Can anybody tell if Im doing something wrong or if there is a bug or error of a kind by ncsoft?

looks like an error on their part id go back and try again. one of those database errors that happens from now and then

I just tried again. Same error.
I heard about all the trouble when the free pane was issued, so I decided to wait...and then almost forgot about it.
And still trouble. I could say a lot of stuff about what I mean about the way they treat their customers....and they do this to make people purchase stuff on that site??? LOL what a joke...

I cleared cach and made another try. Same error.

I would appreciate very much if somebody can confirm that there is a error on the NCsoft site so I can know if I am doing something wrong or if I just have to wait for them to fix.
