Looking for a fun guild!

I am somewhat new to the game, got it about a week ago. I have a level 16 Dervish/Elementalist, going for a cold/avatar build, but looking for a guild that could introduce me into higher end hunting, and bosses. I dont want to be carried I want to learn. Theres only so much sense you can make out of online information on elite skills, and where the best types of weapon and armor can be found.
