Just a build I use for RA. Please rate, comment and give me ideas to tweak it or make it better.

Assassin/Monk

Healing Prayers: 12 + 1
Dagger mastery: 12 + 1
Critical Strike: 4 ( just dumb the rest attribute points into crit )

[Life vicariously]
[Vigorous Spirit]
[Sharpen Daggers]
[Golden lotus strike]
[Fox Fangs]
[Horns of the Ox]
[Falling Spider]
[Blades of Steel]

Now how you run it is pretty simple just use life vic, vig spirit, sharpen daggers, then spam the attack. If opponent is next to an ally u can skip horns of the ox and falling spider and use blades of steel and repeat until he isnt next to an opponent. Most of the time he wont be.

this build keeps you alive with vig spirit and life vic aslong as ur constantly attacking. Which obvious counters are blind etc with every melee class.

Also you can take out sharpen daggers for res signet.

please tell me what you think.

I run a build Similar for PvE. I would suggest 11+1+1 crit 11+1 dagger 8 Heal. Perhaps change Golden Lotus for Golden Phoenix, and Fox Fangs for Wild Strike. Also may put in an elite of choice.

1- You can't have 12+1 in Healing Prayers if you're A/Mo
2- Sharpen Daggers is not as good as it seems.
3- TAKE RES SIGNET
4- Those Healing Prayers skills suck. I would take Shadow Refuge at 6+1 or 8+1 in shadow arts (or even Healing Signet @3 tactics)

How do they suck? i get healled for around 40 everytime I attack. Getting healed for 40 every 1 second and not have to worry about activating healing skills is bad?

I like fox fangs because its unblockable but ill check them out. Also do you know any elite that would go with this similar build?

Vig. Spirit sucks on assassins. I tried it for a while, but a few reasons why...
It's the equivalent of using 1 energy every 3 seconds. Doesn't seem like much, but it really is. For that, if you're attacking, you gain a mediocre amount of HP, that will really only nullify the lowest of degen, maybe poison or disease.

Instead of that, you could instead have another skill that helps you more. Something that would assist the party, other then making yourself poison immune(Which should be taken care of pretty soon by your monk). Vigorous spirit will have all of the healing you'll ever need.

Might I reccomend
Healing prayers at 8
11+1+1 crit
11+1 (or +2, hell, it's PvE so it doesn't matter)

With that setup, you'll get back 3 energy per hit, not including zealous/crit strike(The attack skill, not the concept)/crit eye. Including critical eye and a zealous weapon, you'll rarely run out of energy. The only time I've had problems with energy when running an assassin dagger build was facing TWO of those god-awful tower things in the ring of fire missions. And even then, with this:
[Golden Fox Strike][Wild Blow][Death Blossom][Moebius Strike][Critical Strike][Critcal Eye][empty][empty]
I was able to get enough energy by spamming Moebius/Crit strike.

Also, sharpen daggers kinda bites. Yea, you do bleeding, but bleeding is so meh. It's 6 DPS, a monk who doesn't meet the requirement for a wand does more damage then that. Also, it lasts a decent amount of time, but it'll re-apply it every time you attack, effectively making you waste the charges. Not to mention, that two seconds wasted trying to cast it before attacking will generally make you useless in battle.

Which is also why vig. spirit is bad, every time it gets ripped you have to take an additional 2 seconds in order to cast it.

I also find res signet kinda lame in RA, assassins are so glass-cannon ish that you're either the first to die, or the last. If you're the first, it makes no difference, the last, the team is usually good enough to put you down in 3 seconds of downtime.

Either way.

I also didn't see an elite skill in there. Was that intentional?

It was intentional.

How about Flashing blades, And shadow refugee instead of healing prayers. healing stats go into shadow arts.

Res signet is absolutely necessary in RA no matter your class.
The second someone goes down you should be clicking it, when several people res you get the monk back even the ranger dshots someone's signet.

Those self heals are going to be a bit weak in practice. In the long run you'll find it much more worthwhile to just get 650 hp and focus on offense with 14 dagger / 13 critical strikes.

If you have space on your build you can put in some shadow arts defense, but monk healing is really quite useless on a sin.

I would also pick a different attack chain, I don't play sin much but what you've got looks a bit weak. Look on wiki.

Try a way of the assassin sin maybe,

golden phoenix strike
horns of the ox
falling lotus strike
twisting fangs

etcetera, there's quite a bit you can play around with regarding sin attack chains, building them is actually fairly amusing but I'd rather play warrior.

MULTIPLE KD CHAINS FOR THE WIN, there's a reason palm strike and wastrel's collapse are so popular.

i'd have to agree. there is a reason why the lame ghayway palm strike sin is used so much in PvP. KD chains are... well... OP'ed
