Unusual logging problems

Hi!

I would appreciate all the help you can offer me and i hope that you will help me find what's the problem.

So i started the game, introduced account name and password and than the first odd thing happened(it took about 2 minutes to log in to the character selection menu). Than i selected one of my characters and the loading screen appeared. First, it took about 4 minutes to get from 0 to 100% (it wasn't downloading anything). When it reached 100%, the image was frozen and it stood like that for a couple of minutes. Eventually it connected to the game and it was showing my character in the guild hall (where i left it) but i couldn't move, travel to another location, the guild and friends panels were empty and so on... After a few minutes of doing nothing, the login panel appeared and it gave me error code 007

My first thought was that it was because of my internet connection but i checked and nothing was wrong (done a couple of tests on speedtest.net and they were in the normal range).

If anyone has some answers i beg you to help me with this i will be ever grateful.

It happened to me before, too. I was in euro district tho, and when I somehow succeeded in getting back to american- the bug stopped.

yep exactly same thing happend to me, but only when i was in american dis ,after i went to european dis game worked perfectly... was hard to jump from ad to ed
