HCT 10%, 20% enchant, crippling

illusory staff /darkwing staff /tormented staff /destroyer staff (prot):
40/20

tengu focus /tormented focus:
15e -1, health +30 (prot&heal)
20/20 (heal)

platinum wand /droknar's scepter/crystal wand (prot&heal):
15e -1, HCT 20%
20/20

amethyst aegis / draconic aegis / norn shield / echovald shield:
req 8/9 tactics, or whatever.
