That abuses the new fragility. Have a mesmer with Fragility and Fevered Dreams. Have a necromancer with Virulence. Have a perma ball up the enemies nicely, apply Fevered Dreams and Fragility, and unleash Virulence on them. All 3 of the conditions from Virulence plus the Daze from Fevered dreams, times 21 damage, is 84 damage. Now multiply that by the number of enemies there are, (I'll use 10 as an example) and you have yourself well over 800 damage. There would probably even be more enemies in HM. Then for any survivors have the perma use Crystal wave to cure all of the conditions, and there's another 800+ damage. (If coordinated well you could get them extremely quickly with the crystal wave before the enemies scatter). Could this possibly compare to Cryway in high-end pve? And is there anything i'm missing? ( I know about the condition required for Virulence, any ideas?). Imo, this just seems simpler than coordinating a CoP spike.
EDIT: My numbers were wrong, add another 21 damage because of the condition required for Virulence. Glyph of immolation perhaps?)
