When I put my graphic settings to the lowest, my fps is about 6-10. When I put my graphic settings to the setting below the highest quality, my fps is about 6-15. Anyone want to explain why I have more fps with a higher quality than a lower quality?

Increasing ram will do it. Ram is cheap to ($50 for an additional 512, double GW requirement), you just have to install it is the hard part.

That or cancel some things already running on your computer.
