I downloaded a skill icon pack by Shard and another by Jette containing high resolution versions of skill icons made using the sealed play cards found here:

One of the professions currently missing (from what I can see) is Paragon, so I decided to spend a few hours making high resolution versions of the Paragon skills. (You need Texmod to run the file). I improved the skill icon "Maiming Spear" as well, it was very pixelated and I didn't like the alternative image found in the sealed card pack.
