WTB Wroth's Holy Rod, Pre 2006 update

HI all, I wanna buy a Wroth's Holy Rod from before the 2006 update. If you're unsure what the pre update one is, it's stats are:

Light damage: 11-22 (Requires 9 Smiting Prayers)
Halves skill recharge of Protection Prayers spells (Chance:20%)
Halves casting time of Protection Prayers spells (Chance:20%)
