Eye of the Norht Skills?

I'm going to get Eye of the North soon and was wondering, will I be able to get Norn skills as well as Asuran skills and same with the other ones?

Yes. You can get all of the PvE skills for Norn, Asura, Ebon Vanguard, and Deldrimor by doing the side quests that give those skills as a reward.

Yes. They are like Resurrection Signet - All characters can use them and they don't conflict with any other skills you might have (though they do count as PvE skills). Also, keep in mind that profession specific skills that come from EotN such as [[Patient Spirit] are not PvE only skills.
