Task: To interrupt and kill casters
Question: Does my build measure up to the task?

Build maneuvers: Death charge to a caster, interrupt, repeat use of moebius strike and death blossom or horns of ox. To survive keep casting troll unguent and storm chaser.
Additional information: I am playing on the kurzick side on FA and JQ and I just want to know if this build is up to what I am expecting out of it.

But really, melee is bad. You can't cap anything other than Ranger shrines because Lightning Hammer & Clumsiness owns you, you can't really attack Juggernauts/Turtles or you'll get owned by Carrier Defense... why use it? Go make a Ranger if you want to kill casters, [Concussion Shot] is ftw.
By the way KD-lock is pointless if you pause for 3 seconds to cast troll unguent.

Unless you use some sort of Assassin's Promise nuker you can't do much for shrines on your Assassin.
You might as well use a instagib build like Wastel's Collapse to kill key human key targets.
