I don't know if this is the right place for this, so if it's not please move it.
Okay, I love browsing the screenshot forums and a while back there was a thread where people posted their mods. Several featured their characters wearing armor that they hadn't actually purchased. For example, a female paragon had a blindfold, but she hadn't actually bought it - she Texmodded it in so only she could see it. I want to know how to do that for an upcoming video I'm working on. Why don't I just buy the armor? For one I can't afford it, and two, this armor will be on a TEMPORARY character, so...yeah. I have another friend who also wants to know how to do this, so if anyone could please help me, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
Texmodded armor?

Well basically if you want to add a piece of armor to your character, it has to be ''ON'' your character. Meaning that it will only change the "skin" of the armor. (you can make an apple have a "banana-yellow" colour, but you can't change it into the shape of a banana; the same applies to armor) This would mean that the person actually edited their face to have a blindfold on it, which would look very flat :P
But if you wanted new armor that had spikes / stuff coming out of it or in different proportions, you're out of luck. It would probably be less hassle just to buy the armor then to spend all the time modifying it.
P.S. Why not just cast a crew? I'm sure someone will have the armor you need

Nope can't change the shape of things (much) in texmod. It's just reskining, then again you'd be amazed what you can do with reskins. Look at This for example.

Someone more familiar with texmod may be able to give you a better answer, but I do know that with Texmod you can edit many of the textures used in the game. The masks (and other headpieces) should have a basic texture "image" that you could add the mask texture to. It should be possible, with the right software, to extract the original texture from the gw.dat file. Google it?

Nah can't be done Quaker. All you can change with texmod is the surface looks. The blindfold is a model (In other words it's 3d and not just painted onto the face like scars or tatoos).
