i heard from someone in game that it's a good idea to invest in armbraces because they are fairly low right now and ectos are about to drop which will result in an increase price for arms. is this true, and should i start investing my ectos in armbraces?

Considering lockpicks usually stay at a price of 1250g ( if buying from other players), u'll have no trouble buying and later selling at that price. Lockpicks are good if you just need a safe investment that won't lose value over time. If you're looking for profit then it's hard to say as everything seems so volatile lately.
