Requirement 7 items with max damage and good stats are very rare

as take_me points out: some buyers are just rich, some are collectors, some are power traders and some just want to own something that will (probably) never lose rarity or value.

because all thats left is either that or PvP, and very few number of poeple actually dedicatedly(word?) PvP. and since the games been out 4+ years people had a good time to get rich so they spend them on rare stuff.

They are hard to get because they can really only be farmed in normal mode. (how shocking.... people doing normal mode!)

Req. 8 items drop in normal and hard.

Most only buy r7-8 GOLD items that are max/insc. I really dont think Golds drop in NM too much, or max.

there havent been a confirmed req 7 drop in a while as far as i know, req 8s do drop occasionally. and im pretty sure they drop in both HM and NM.
