Best. Post. Ever.
On a serious note, no I did not. But I'm going to move this to Q&A because well, it's a Q&A.

I created new faces and took pictures of ones that I liked, but didn't carry any of them out.

See the beautiful lady as my avatar? Yeah she used to be an ugly redheaded male. TY makeovers!
Honestly, I made my character a long time ago and THOUGHT he looked cool. He was for a very long time, and decided to make him my title guy. After a year I got sick of him but had too many titles to want to remake him. I also don't have the kind of (ingame) money to easily remake a character this far into anything. After a makeover, I was revitalized and continued to grind on some titles to this day.
Totally worth it for level 20's with years worth of accomplishments.

Everything's fine now though. Besides I like the female Mesmer armor way better then the males.
IMO of course

For the moment a dreadmask is a much cheaper alternative. So no.

I remembered reading somewhere, could've sworn it was from A.Net/NC Soft, that Makeovers would let you choose faces/hairstyles/etc from across all campaigns, letting you mix styles.
So, I bought a Makeover thinking I could change my assassin's face from oriental looking to something from Proph or Nightfall, or at least choose a non-Factions hairstyle. Obviously you can't do this, and I'm really pissed because like I said, I was 99.9999% certain I read from an official source that you could do this.
Did anyone else recall seeing information like this or was I the only one???

I did a few makeovers and i like it... mixing faces, hair and skincolor from all campaigns is very nice (sadly this can only be done for the core professions):

I actually bought and used up my makeover credits. I've made a mistake with my warrior two years ago, and it had been bothering me for quite a long time, and I finally got the ability to fix it.
I doubt it's worth it to everyone, but it was worth it to me.

They should have add at least 5 new faces and hairs to Assassins, Ritualists, Paragons and Dervishes, and maybe one or two new ones for other classes.
Than it would be worth to buy this pack even more.

Haven't done so yet, though I might. My Warrior has been through too many battles to have the same babyface smooth look... Other than that, Storage Panes are worth more than a Makeover to me right now.

I didn't think about this until just now, but is it possible that you only get the options for the campaigns you own? Like... suppose someone has Factions and Prophecies but not Nightfall. Do they still get access to the Elonian faces?

Oh, okay. I thought you were saying that redheaded male characters were inherintely ugly lol... and since I have one. I agree about the female Mesmer thing but because they cast spells "better"... male mesmers animations aren't' as fluid IMO.
