I am running a 6 hero 1 man team for UW. I am having some issues with smite crawlers destroying minions in quick fashion. (I still can kill them currently but it takes longer than it should) Also the nasty Mesmer ghosts especially the dream rider spawns. Normally I avoid them like the plauge and run through the area to get to the terrorwebs
Any suggestions on builds to help counter
I am running a Random purchased discord hero team (I have little choice on build set up since I rent the team from another player)
I usually run my heros as 2 discord one rit healer and one MM and Koss as a 100 blade warrior
I am a Mesmer COP Assasin spitting build (my elite / secondary can be changed since I do not rely on an elite or use Assasins promise)
Any suggestions would be helpful

Obviously don't run undead against smiters. Shield of Judgement absolutely smokes minions.

Run a 3 man discord # man ROj Team. it is much faster. Adding chillbains to a bar would help.

I have no experience running UW the normal way, but it's probably not a good idea to rely on minions in any elite area.
I strongly suggest running a SY! ranger or imbagon (not really a fan of melee ). Combine that with strong healing + para support and orders, and you should be set for anywhere
Btw, NM or HM?

Melee heroes aren't so hot, you could sub Koss with something else.

I wasn't referring to [[Zealot's Fire] when I made that statement. [[Zealot's Fire] was disregarded in light of the armor-ignoring dmg from [[Shield of Judgement] and [[Smite Hex] that has a doubling effect on minions and other forms of undead.

The enemies he/she's having problems with deal armor-ignoring dmg.

Zealot's fire is not armor ignoring.
Even if it were, SY! still, practically speaking, negates all non-armor ignoring damage, which will count for a lot no matter where you go. Combine paraway with strong support and you should have no problem ANYWHERE, even mallyx apparently, though I haven't tried. Saraneth

As physical attackers, paragons are going to end up on their asses like everyone else attacking the smites while [[Shield of Judgement]'s up. Enchant removal (if not target switching for phys teams) is still a necessity. In terms of the Mindblade Spectres, which utilize [[Clumsiness] and interupts targeting both chant and spell, paragons will face further difficulties.
Paragons aren't the solution to every problem. Painbringer
I tried a little change I brought Gwen Me/Monk with me
[power block] [Mirror of Disenchantment] [power drain] [cry of frustration] [empathy] [mistrust] [ether feast] [Restore Life] ROJ 4 Discord Gwen And me Bone pits, Spawning pools, Labyrinth, Twin Serpent Mountains, and Forgotten Vale are all clearable with basic play… do not over agro and get out of the way from dangerous spells (if a maelstrom / meteor shower actually gets off) The smites are much more manageable. The spirits still are a pain do to [hex breaker] The 6-9 qty Mindblade Specter spawns are a little too much. |
