Looking for Active PvE Guild (US)

I've owned Guild Wars for a while, and I'm now starting up activity again, but I lack a guild with activity. I enjoy playing with others to advance in my own progress or others'. I live on the east coast of the United States, but tend to play at random times anyways (sometimes very late, but usually in the afternoon).

I'm a fairly practical person but I love to joke around and make fun out of anything. I enjoy stretching the creative limits of the game instead of focusing in on the numbers. I will always be willing to join in an activity unless I'm very close to reaching a milestone, which I'm sure everyone can relate to, haha.
