pc on max dmg r8 (not inscr.) axe and hammer

I got a
(perfect) Sundering Giant Slayers Hammer of Defense
and a
(perfect) Heavy War Axe of Warding.

And I don't know how much they are worth...

questions:
1. What are they currently worth?
2. What are they worth if I add a +30hp on them?
3. what prefix would you suggest? please also tell how much they thne are worth =)
