Lots of people love the ranger and will say keep it. I don't like the ranger profession very much and will probably never make one. If you like playing the profession then continue playing it. That's the bottom line.

IMO you should make a monk instead, not only do people almost always need healers of some sort, you can also farm both UW and FoW, do mqsc(among other things). While rangers don't really do that much.

Make another one if you want, you don't have to delete the ranger yet. Try out warrior, or elementalist, or monk, or - really, whatever you want. If, after playing them, you realise that ranger isn't your thing, go ahead and delete it. If you realise you still enjoy playing ranger the most, then keep it!

I also read one of your other posts here where you indicated you were loosing interest (or something of that nature). If you would look me up in-game, you can add either (or both) of these names to your Friend List (type N) to locate me: Masatsura Kusunoki, or Kusunoki Masatsura.
