Got this drop yesterday while playing through NF. Was excited at first and then saw strength att. Just didn't know if it was merch food or if it was still worth something. Mod's aren't anything good. Thanks in advance.

ye, can merch it: - only wars themselves can use str and I can't think of any real war builds that require 7 str.
