I'm trying to set up a gw trial account for my brother. We created an NCSoft account, and it shows a GW trial, along with the last few letters of the key (the rest is X-ed out).
We have to enter the key to create the account, but we can't see the whole thing on the NCSoft profile, there doesn't seem to be an option to send it to the email address. The instructions say to use the key provided, but we haven't been provided with one. Can anyone help?
GW Free Trial - where's the key?

Contact NcSoft support.
We cannot do anything.
Or just let your brother play your account.

Yeah, we've contacted NCSoft support (hopefully they can find time to help us in between recovering GW-linked accounts for the free storage promotion, ha).
I was hoping maybe someone else has done this free trial, and can tell me where this trial key is supposed to come from.

I thought was normal. You need to apply that trial key to a GW account you must create. Then you will be emailed the full code after it was already created. This is so people can't create trial accounts and sell the codes.
