If it indeed is +30, Icy AND +5ARMOR (not energy o.o) its worth muchos.. it would the first bow with two err.. bla bla of XXX things. Anyway.. I think you mean +5e, merch it prob (salv the +30 and icy only if you need 'm, since bow mods [and bows] are worth shit these days).
