Howdy!
With regrets, the three of us have moved on from our current guilds, predominantly due to inactivity in our time zones, and are seeking a new home. We've completed pretty much everything in the game HM and NM, and a lot of it of it together. We're proactive, rather than sit bored we'll find something interesting to do, and I ran weekly elite content events for our previous guild. We've achieved most of the things we are looking to achieve, and are simply playing for fun, chilling and achieving the few long-term goals we've left.
Without further ado.. what we're looking for
Maturity
We might be playing a game, but we are not children, a level of maturity is important to let everyone have fun
A level of competance/intelligence
While we accept that mistakes happen, and do not expect everyone to be the most brilliant hardcore player, people understanding "my energy is 1 of 53" means wait and the concept of "don't agro the population of a small country" is important. We're happy with folk who are learning, as long as they are willing and able to learn.
Active players across time zones.
We're UK and US (EST), and would like to play with folk that aren't heroes! This is really important, as it has been why we have not accepted previous offers. If you are only active in one time zone, but your alliance is active in the other, that's fine too!
Regular events, or the culture to run them.
With most of our goals complete, events are the reason we log in at the moment. Whether it be delving into HM Dungeons or Elite Missions, Vanquishing or doing something with a twist (sealed deck vanquishing anyone?) We're happy to take part in events run by the guild when we are avaliable, but I'm equally happy to organise/run them if they're not happening when we are avaliable.
Understanding that Real Life comes first
I capitalised it for a reason While we're not going to leave groups for something trivial,we all have commitments that call us outside of GW, and may result us being away for a time.
An Understanding Activity policy
Partly related to the above. We currently can only be 'guaranteed' to log in once or twice a week. Perhaps you can give us a reason to want to log in a lot more?
Options, not restrictions
Don't tell me to play a cookie cutter build, don't tell me that the only way to succeed is xyz and don't insist on whatever the flavour of the month unbalanced team build is, is run. We've had Mallyx downed by a group with no Ritualists and one Paragon, We've seen the rest of the DoA done with no paragons, pyro eles or cryers (or ursans), We've finished HM FoW with one monk (and no rit). Teamwork can overcome any challenge!
Quality not Quantity.
We took a brief dip into a guild full of 100 strangers who only grouped together for very specific events - we're not here to be "leet harcore farmers" we're here to have fun with friends.
