Tonics in CM Outposts

Alright, this is both a question and a suggestion. First off, I was wondering why we can't use Tonics while waiting for matches in JQ/FA or any other competitive mission outpost. I understand not using them DURING the actual battle, but beforehand in the outpost I don't really see a reason why not. So for my suggestion part: Make it available to use tonics while waiting for JQ/FA and other CMs.

Don't see why it would be totally necessary, but tonics are fun so /signed.

Waiting around for JQ/FA/AB to start is a good opportunity to at least gain some party points/sweet points.

Cool idea. Then the PvPers can get pissed off at the yeti /sit spamming and bitch about it in that oh-so-effective way they have, and Anet will finally listen.

The reason why you can't use them there is cause they are flagged as a pvp area, so people would see the pvp-discriptions of skills and not the pve versions. They would need diffrent ways to determine when to use pvp-skills/pve skills and when to use tonics/not to use, reworking how the split between pve and pvp specifics take action.

I don't see a reason why not but technical difficulties.

IIRC, you can't use party items in pvp outposts, but you can use sweets.
