sell the rune between the rune traders buy and sell price. - NPC-s in every bigger town and some outpost

give some more info about the war hammer: skin, color (white, blue, purple, gold), req, fix mod or inscribable, etc...
If it's not a gold max damage one, just merch it

Rune Traders? Are those NPCs? If so, where can I find them?

Blue, 5% armor pen, 10% chance of adrenaline. IIRC.
