Q9 Vamp Short Sword of Def

Anybody have a clue what this might be worth?

Armor: +5

Also, does the fact that it has +15/-5 without an inscription mean that it's "Inherent"? I hear that makes it worth more (maybe). Any help is appreciated...including how i could best post the stats in the trade window in-game.

Merch it/salvage the vamp maybe - Its not max damage. And yes, in general 'inharent'-modded (also 'Non-inscribable') are worth a bit more, since they're rarer to get on the by you wished skin.
