Flames of the Bear Spirit

OK I completed this quest an spoke to the guy, got my reward, then I find it hasn't been completed in my quest log, so I try doing it again, and it doesn't work, so I abandon it only to fnd this means you cannot continue with the next mission. However I looked at the mission tree on wiki and found that there is another quest that runs si de by side with this one, can I just leave this quest and continue with the other one, or have I ruined my eye of the north by abandoning this quest and can now no longer continue with the campaign? Thanks in advance guys.

From what it sounds like, you have completed Flames of the Bear Spirit, and abandoned Blood Washes Blood in your haste. If this is the case, you need to retake Blood Washes Blood by reclaiming the Altar in Jaga Morraine again to spawn the quest-giver. If this is not, please try and clarify your post, and always refer to each quest by name.

The quest is done alongside (or in an order of your choosing) with the other Primary quests, but all of these must be completed.

Right ok I worked out how to do it, turns out you were right, I had deleted the Blood Washes Blood mission by accident, thankyou for your help I used the scrying pool to gain it back again.
