Ability to Trade between accounts w/o 2 comps.

Well Anet obviously is in the business of making money. Anet by making, purchasing additional accounts to the existing account desireable is a way to increase revenue without much additional expenditures.

Obvious benefits of multiple accounts have been discussed, more storage, more character slots, additional option for 6 heroway, Zkeys, ect. ect. One thing about this is that it appeals more to people with multiple computers who can access both accounts at the same time to effectively use both accounts.

So I suggest Anet to provide a way to run multiple versions of GW on one computer at the same time within the game and/or to provide a way to trade between accounts without having two versions of Guild Wars running at the same time. ie a way to send items to other chars on other accounts even when that person is not on.

Agreed. No need of Anet adding some fancy stuff when this program works just as well.

While many things about the trade system (or lack thereof) could really stand to be tweeked (created), a mail system would definitely be a positive addition. You know a mail system like every other MMO has had for years.

There are many ways of trading between 2 accounts. Multi launch, gwx2, and having a friend help you.

The NCSoft laucher has an option to launch multiple copies of a game, but it desn't work for GW.

An official option would be better than any third party programs, since it would have support.


I would be great to have an option in Xunlai Agents to access other character's inventories and other accounts Chests and characters.

I find GWx2 crap. Do the registry way (advanced).

think of the fun hackers would have with this feature, they can log on and transfers all you stuffs right in the game itself.

GWx2 if ur using Windows XP. That's how i do it in the past. But now, im using Vista Ultimate 64 Bit and i can run 2 GW without using GWx2.

the only thing you need to do is to have 2 copies of GW (in separate folders). no need to tweek anything. just run them and you have 2 gw running (u need to have 2 accounts tho to logon).
