PlayNC Problem...Again...

I believe a lot of people had this problem.I did some research and coudn't find the answer.So here goes another frequently asked question.

Here's the situation:
I'm trying to reset the password of one of my GW account.So I click 'Reset Password", then type in my email adress,then they ask me to click a link.I clicked the link and its brings me up to the PlayNC website where they ask me to log on with my PlayNC account.I never had an PlayNC account(I had that GW account back at Factions release) so I have no idea what to do from this point

I know this question been asked lots of time,but coudn't find the answer to it.

Send support a ticket that you had an account with NCSOFT

give the details for example what campaign you had at that time and the serial code...any any other campaigns you have added to the same account along with the serial code

They will also ask you for your full name and address as you would have given that at the time of making a master account

If you give them as much info as possible it will save any back and forth questions

Once you have supplied all relavant information above they will send you the master account name you had taken along with a temp password..

Once you have that you can change the temp one to one of your choosing

Then thats the master account.....If you have other accounts then you can link them to it and obtain your free pane if thats the pupose ect
