That's completely subjective. I usually run 640-650 health w/ a defensive set on and I run full survivor. The two insignias you suggested are conditional, and because of that they are flawed. Blessed Insignia gives +10 for being enchanted, however only when enchanted. Enchantment removal isn't uncommon and when that does happen the Blessed Insignia becomes useless, albeit depending on your bar and support around you it can be relatively easy to reapply an enchantment. Even so there are times where upkeeping enchantments can be stressful.
Nightstalker's conditional effect can be dangerous as well. +15 Armor is nice but in order to benefit from it you have to be attacking. So you're forcing yourself to attack to benefit from the bonus. Even if you're throwing a spear from a distance there will be situations where attacking will prove to be more disadvantageous to you and possibly the rest of your team than not attacking. You may also run into situations where you are taking too much damage and will have to pull back. In any case you're not always going to be attacking so you're not always going to have +15 armor.
And on top of all that there are skills that deal damage which ignores your armor and any bonuses you may have, completely rendering the insignia's useless. Survivor insignias are unconditional. You don't have to do anything or be under the effects of any enchantment/stance/preparation/etc.

Yesterday upon joing a pug of 3 and waiting to enter Alliance Battles:

him: hi there, will you follow us please?

me: yes, of course

him: good, it's important that we stick in our team

me: yes, I know

Upon starting the match:

him: Follow us! Follow us!
then all 3 run directly into a huge mob and die almost instantly

him: you're not following! stay with us

me: but your dead.

him: ok, but we have to stick together!

me: ......

After the match, which we somehow won despite my 3 team members constantly dying and returning to the res shrine:

him: hmm. you didn't follow us very well

me: (feeling masochistic) shall we go again?

and repeat..

Yep, but it's those you ask that it comes down to. Z-keys is my favorite example of how this works. Common asking price: 5k. Buyers: 4.5k firm. GtoB is packed with traders, but many just sit there. It's a stalemate between profiteers and people who need thousands to max the title, and 500g per key adds up to millions in gold where sellers making small transactions are just out for an extra plat here and there.

actually this one seems less stupid and more honest, that makes it cuter than stupid. Big hint, the "player" only has a single name, if i though he was real i would be like "How did you do that!?"

My addition to the topic:

I once had a former guildie try to convince me that Healing Breeze is a great prot, and that Healing Ribbon, Healing Seed, Heal, Party, and Heal Other should always be on a healer bar...I know it sounds unbelievable. I wish i got a screeny.

It's not often I do that, but people like that guy... I put them on ignore immidiatly. Dumb AND stubborn is the worst combination.
