About the sword... I bought one a few months ago for about 40k. They've gone down and now you will be lucky to get 30k. I've actually had lots of offers around 15k-20k for it when I was trying to sell it recently. I'll not sell it for that tho. Better to keep it in my collection.
Ultimately, with an evening's worth of price checking I found that you can get 25k with some effort. You could get 30k but it may require more effort than its worth. High end items require patience and they pay off. This would not be such a case.
So I'd say 20k-25k
