I wonder what part of a uwsc group the best items drops? the most ectos. In pools the drop rate of ecto seems to be very low.

Pick the route that kills the most enemies. That's probably going to have the best chances for ecto drops.

Job-wise(how much you have to kill to complete your quest, etc.) It's probably plains or waste.If you farm, it can be plains, pools, pits or waste.

Pools I actual have gotten more 4 in one clear. Its all percent chance. So as said above kill kill kill and cross fingures

considering everything in the underworld that CAN drop ectos (meaning not coldfires, behemoths, dying nightmares, and grasping darknesses) everything but smites have the same chance of dropping ecto. Figure it out yourself from there.

I perfer Pools. Theres a lot more Dryders wich have a better ecto droprate from my experience.

how do u farm uw neva done it b4 and i wanna start farming.. raptors are getting boring.. and fow is boring

i do pools and despite all the dryders i get maybe 1 a run...maybe im just unlucky.... got 6 including chest last night tho ^.^

When done right, Pools should give you the leaaast ecto...you run in, kill the 3 dryders for reaper, plus w/e else is in his aggro, kill queen, then run back out.

ANYTHING else you kill, you are farming and you are baed.

from chamber, plains and pits(area's i can do) i get most on pits, and becouse of your a/d build normally you dont have to help someone.
so more time farming

just take A/D build, get zealus/enchatment scyth

clear the way sprits will take, release sprits THEN FARM THE HELL OF THE DEAD TRESHERS
once you take the quest and the path sprits will take is clear (chained souls will not be a problem, sprits kill them easily) just agro the terrorwebs but simply farm dead treshers/collectors

as youre A/D no one will ask you to help anyone, you will farm until the area is clear

and as you deal holy damage, you will kill every enemy very fast and doesnt need ANY kind of energy management unlike sliver stuff and you dont need huge agro to farm effectively

its the easiest imo, failing pits is almost impossible (Unless you fail to run which is also hard because you wil be between pools and plains so charged darknesses will not attack you)

Pits............

If you're PROPERLY doing your run, then Wastes or Plains, otherwise, Pits.

I mean, if you're finished early, then there's not reason not to farm, so if you're good at the area you do, then you'll get lots of ecto regardless (unless it's mountains or vale =/)

yeah i only do pits and vale but i dont see how anything could beat the drops in pits

I've always been able to manage comfortably with ~45 to 50. You have SoLS as energy management and as long as you are judicious with Chilblains use, you will be okay.

you shouldnt need chillblains as vale necro but i can do with 50nrg with chill, although i dont use it so my e management is too easy with soul reap
